The issue is that the MSRP message is strung across multiple TCP packets.  The
"message" in packet 12 is actually completed in packet 14, which has the
correct seven "-" (minus sign) characters, but the dissector never works beyond
a single packet.

Marking this as an enhancment request to support MSRP across multiple packets.
