Decryption Keys for 802.11 show up fine in Preferences ->
> Protocols -> IEEE 802.11 -> Decryption keys: edit
However, when clicking
> Decryption Keys... from the Wireless Toolbar everything is blank.
Unless I'm missing something, the wireless toolbar is strictly for the AirPcap
adapters, not all wireless adapters. Based on the version information (which
states Running on Windows XP Service Pack 3 ... without AirPcap, you
don't have airpcap.dll installed (or Wireshark can't find it), so you can't
really use the toolbar.
