Agreed regarding the TCP port registration.
I've got some unsubmitted, local modifications containing an attempt at
dissecting "Ping" packets, and some more trace files that I could share -
although I'd probably have to tidy up the source file, since it's full of messy
C-style comments containing snippets from server logs + raw packet dumps that
I've been trying to reconcile.
Still, said notes might be vaguely useful for future references.
