Comment # 8 on bug 8225 from 
After finally getting SVN revision 47138 to build in manner that provides a
somewhat-usable Wireshark app (with "./configure --without-plugins
--without-pcap"); it seems that the dissector works as far as dissecting the
"Header protocol version" byte, and displaying the packet type in the "Info"
column is concerned.

However, I now need to figure out why the results of dissecting the "Packet
type" byte don't appear in the dissection output tree; and probably revisit the
list of packet types.
