Wireshark will decode up to the TCAP layer if you tell it to: go to
Edit->Preferences->Protocols->TCAP and add 240 to the list of SCCP SSNs.

To decode beyond that would require Wireshark to support ANSI
(Bellcore/Telcordia) AIN which (AFAIK) it does not.  IIRC AIN is a series of
big specs, too, and not free.  I *think* that in order to support this you'd
have to find someone with access to the specs *and* plenty of spare time
(though maybe to do LNP only a small subset would be needed).
