RFC-conformant EtherIP. Version number is "3", but shows up as "0".

Build Information:

--
RFC 3378 defines the EtherIP-Header to be "0x3000" -> One nibble version number
3 (binary '0011') and three nibbles reserved ("has to be zero").
Wireshark uses the second nibble for version number display: 0x3000 shows up as
"Version: 0", while 0x0300 shows up as "Version: 3". Presumably this has been
implemented according to an early EtherIP draft.
