OK, I understand... But then, maybe it would be a good idea to output a
notification to users if they are running Wireshark as root while
WIRESHARK_RUN_FROM_BUILD_DIRECTORY is set? Just to notify them that the setting
does not influence Wireshark behaviour now. Otherwise they expect Wireshark to
load plugins from the development folder, but it does not. And it's not so easy
to figure out why...
