Allow packet list records to be recached and use this to dynamically update
columns for packet comments.

When I started editing packet comments, I made the same observation.

With the proposed patch, records can be recached when fdata changes (as it does
when
updating a packet comment). Using this, column information can be dynamically
updated.

I use this for updated comments, so columns based on pkt_comment and
frame.comment
will be automatically updated when you save the comment.
