Yes it's the same kind of issue: I opened the pandora box and I need to fix
more things. The problem is that the SIMtrace format assumes that the command
and response APDU are combined. In the case of the single command APDU, we
should store the instruction type and use it for the response APDU.
I will fix those in the coming days as soon as I have some spare time.
The missing "malformed" in the column is another bug as Jakub suggested.
