Patch fo debian/wireshark-common.files

Build Information:
1.8.2 release and trunk-1.8

Error on build

Libraby version of libwiretap was update. I can't figure out in which rev this
update came.

Currently my build produce library in version 2.1.3 and wireshark-common.files
indicate version 2.0.3. This leads to some problems when generate debian
packages.

P.S : I don't understand were lib version is set. In wiretap/Makefile.am
version is set to 3.3.1 : 

libwiretap_la_LDFLAGS = -version-info 3:3:1 -export-symbols wtap.sym
@LDFLAGS_SHAREDLIB@
