I will look at these log files tomorrow.  I thought that a pcap test I had done
had written out the correct timestamps, but I will take a look.

I noticed that the count of how many were out of order looked suspect, will
take a closer look.

It might also be useful to give some indication of how far out of order they
were (i.e. how many other frames on averate we had to traverse before finding
its place), but I'm not sure how I would present that without confusing.
