OK, I just got rid of the --no-cpp-precomp stuff entirely in r44816; I think I
put that in when doing development on 10.1(!) with 10.1-era compilers, and I
think the precompiled headers stuff changed since then.  It works fine without
those options with Xcode 4.4.1's llvm-gcc, and also works on the compilers on
the buildbot.  We'll look at putting them back iff somebody has a problem
without them.
