Patch that improves the performance to that of 1.6

With this patch tshark takes about the same amount of time to complete as v1.6
(~0.9 secs):

# echo. && echo Started at:   %time% &&
"C:\wireshark-1.9\wireshark-gtk2\tshark.exe" -r zeus-sample-3.pcap -q -z
io,stat,0.001 > 1
.9-output.txt && cmd /V:ON /C echo Completed at: !time!!

Started at:   16:47:14.01
Completed at: 16:47:14.90
