The problem no longer occurs for me when using either
TShark 1.8.0 (SVN Rev Unknown from unknown)

Compiled (32-bit) with GLib 2.30.1, with libpcap, with libz 1.2.5, without
POSIX
capabilities, without SMI, without c-ares, without ADNS, with Lua 5.1, with
Python 2.7.2, without GnuTLS, with Gcrypt 1.5.0, without Kerberos, without
GeoIP.
Running on Linux 3.1.10-1.16-default, with locale en_US, with libpcap version
1.1.1, with libz 1.2.5.
Built using gcc 4.6.2.
or a SVN trunk snapshot from last Saturday.
Could somebody else please verify this using the attached .pcap together
with "Decode User DLT 7 as h245dg" and
$ tshark -r h245bug.pcap -T pdml
...
</field>
</field>
</proto>
</packet>
</pdml>
and close this bug thereafter?
