The data part of an COTP ED-TPDU (Expedited Data TPDU) is not decoded.
In the attachments I have illustrated the case of an:
ED-TDPU (Frame 1) that contains Data: 0703180101
and
ED-TDPU (Frame 4) that contains Data: 1903110105
These data elements are not being decoded as an SPDU (Session Protocol Data
Units)
