Unfortunately I couldn't replicate the issue with 1.7 because I seem to have an
issue with my graphic driver not properly rendering the drawing area properly
when it gets updated (which is the case when the stream is being played back).
If I scroll slowly it looks like this

I'm afraid before I haven't solved this on my computer, I can not look further
into this. But I'd appreciate if you could upload a "clean" RTP stream just for
reference.
