Ultimately, there should be only one wireless toolbar, used on all platforms
where we have control over the channel/frequency, channel type for 802.11n,
etc.; it should be used for AirPcap adapters and regular 802.11 adapters on
OSes where the channel can be controlled.

In addition, a system could have more than one wireless adapter - what should
be done about that?  Multiple toolbars, one per adapter?
