Michael,

thanks for the effort. It took a minute to get my head around how the numbers
add up, but it makes sense now. I guess you're going to write dropped packets
as sum of what got dropped by libpcap AND dumpcap? I think that would be best. 

I'll verify the fix on Friday since I'm traveling tomorrow.
