Something is wrong with the while loop in packet-bacapp.c at line 6347, but I'm
not clear enough on the protocol to fix it.

Changing the == to a >= on line 6583 fixes the infinite loop, but it also
results in a really screwed up dissection. I'm not sure if that's because the
capture is that corrupt or if the fix is wrong.
