The TCP session that you are referring to is not complete. It is a chunked
response where the first chunk is 0x600a (24586) bytes long. Wireshark will try
to reassemble this amount of data, but it fails because the data is not
available. So there is nothing to fix on the re-assembly part.

It is however a bit curious why some frames are marked as "Continuation or
non-HTTP traffic" instead of "[TCP segment of a reassembled PDU]".
