the sync bytes in this file are exactly 204 (188+16) bytes apart, the wiretap
interface assumes 188, this is the case for all european dvb examples that i
tried

the wikipedia page about isdb just refers to mpeg2 transport streams

I'll have to check the specifications in more detail
