An initial attempt at a patch implementing this functionality

The attached patch adds support for bi-directional dissection of NXP PN532
payloads in USB CCID packets. In the case of packets addressed to an ACS
ACR122U card reader by the PC, the first 5 bytes (the "pseudo-APDU" header) are
skipped, so that dissection can be performed properly.
