The ArtNet Spec - Art-Net II Ethernet Communication Standard Specs no StartCode
Byte on Page 28

The RDM packet should be as follows:
"The RDM data packet excluding the DMX StartCode."

Please fix the ARTNET protocol when including an RDM packet.
