rtp_analysis.c, fix set-but-not-used warning

without Python, with GnuTLS 2.10.5, with Gcrypt 1.4.6, with MIT Kerberos,
without GeoIP.

Running on Linux 2.6.41.9-1.fc15.i686.PAE, with locale en_US.UTF-8, with
libpcap
version 1.1.1, with libz 1.2.5.

Built using gcc 4.6.1 20110908 (Red Hat 4.6.1-9).

Dear all,

I tried a cmake build of the svn trunk on fedora core 15 without libportaudio.
It stopped in rtp_analysis.c, rtp_packet() because rtp_selected is set but not
used.

I'll attach a simple patch to fix this.
