Another part of the problem is that Wireshark 1.6.5 doesn't let you save the
file in Network Monitor 2.x format ("Network Monitor 2.x format" is what's used
by NetMon 2.x *and* NetMon 3.x), so it only offers other formats, and happens
to default to K12 format (as it's the first format in the list of formats that
supports per-packet encapsulation).
