Small corrections in the dissector

4.1.2 (packet.dll version 4.1.0.2001), based on libpcap version 1.0 branch

The most important change is to add a condition in dissector for TLV with ID
equal to 104 as in the case of the 120. No condition causing 'malformed
packet'.
