Tighten up conversation port matching once the 2nd port is known.

This patch fixes the problem with this bug.  I'll commit it soon but wanted to
give others a chance to look at it first and try it out if they wish before I
do.

Interestingly, I did not see any other uses of conversation_set_port2(); maybe
there are other dissectors that could make use of it too?
