Apologies if you are still working on this in bug report 6483 - that status
shown as fixed, but there is still one outstanding problem.

The User & Network direction is reversed. If you look at the trace attached
"2300 calls 6004 CFA to 6005.aps" which is in the "Call Forward All folder of
the ZIP file that I am about to upload. This is a typical example of the
problem.

In frame 3 there is a Q.Sig SETUP message shown as coming from the User or TE,
it is actually coming from the Network or NT. You will also notice that the C/R
bit is set to 1 to show that it is a command from the NT.
