Patch adding support for IP over Infiniband for Wireshark 1.7.0

Build Information:
Paste the COMPLETE build information from "Help->About Wireshark", "wireshark
-v", or "tshark -v".

Solaris 11 snoop files with IP over Infiniband data are not recognized.
Attached patch allows to view such data.
