read properties from flag values

Build Information:
Version 1.7.1 (SVN Rev 40033 from /trunk)

Compiled (64-bit) with GTK+ 3.2.0, with Cairo 1.10.2, with Pango 1.29.3, with
GLib 2.30.0, ...

have the problem that highlighted bytes are nearly invisible to my eyes. a
following modification to the gtk3 was able to turn them the same colour as the
tree view again
