Fragemented packets with both 980 and 1000 byte payload in 1st fragment

Thank you for pointing that out. We do indeed have a bug in that case.
However, I reran the test case with both a 980 byte payload and a 1000 byte
payload. In both cases, wireshark shows TCP checksum errors.

We also tested our device use a Spirent Test Center (STC):

http://www.spirent.com/Solutions-Directory/Spirent-TestCenter/STC_EnterpriseAndDataCenterNetworks.aspx

in both cases the STC reported no TCP errors.

So while it would appear that the STC also fails to enforce the 8 octet
boundary rule, could you please investigate the case where we have a generated
1000 byte payload on the first fragment, and wireshark still reports an error?
Thanks.
