Build Information:
Affects wireshark 1.6.x + trunk version.

When compiling with multiple threads in parallel (make -j N), the compilation
fails sometimes:

 scanner.l:49:21: error: grammar.h: No such file or directory


It's possible to fix this issue by adding a simple line in
epan/dfilter/Makefile.am:

scanner.c: grammar.h
