New features do not get back-ported to stable releases. You can either
download one of the automated installers with at least r39090 or later,
manually back-port the feature yourself to 1.6.1, or wait for the next 1.7.0
development release. Either way, the new "-d <display filter>" feature has
been added by Stig and so this bug is now closed.
