Not my day. I will provide the correct patch tomorrow. This issue runs deeper.
Meanwhile, the fix from Chris can be applied, as it fixes the issue with the
automatic testing. The underlying problem is not an issue at the moment, as it
only occurs while running automatic tests. 

The main reason is the way, EPL, SercosIII and Modbus/TCP code calls the pure
openSAFETY packet dissection. It will be fixed during this week, meanwhile,
please use Chris's patch.
