Compiled (64-bit) with GLib 2.26.1, with libpcap 1.1.1, without libz, with
POSIX
capabilities (Linux), without libpcre, with SMI 0.4.8, with c-ares 1.7.3, with
Lua 5.1, without Python, with GnuTLS 2.8.6, with Gcrypt 1.4.5, with MIT
Kerberos, with GeoIP.

Running on Linux 2.6.35-28-generic, with libpcap version 1.1.1.

Built using gcc 4.4.5.

The way heuristic dissection was handled by the openSAFETY plugin, could lead
to out-of-memory problems with large files (>50.000 packets). The new version
does not use ep_alloc anymore, but a static boolean instead.

Also, the code registering for the SercosIII dissector got simplified, as the
SercosIII dissector is no longer a plugin.
