Converted Interlink from a plugin to a built in. There are 2 patches:
1. Patch that modified the necessary makefiles to remove plugin from build
environment
2. Patch that contains interlink plugin source moved to the epan/dissectors
directory. I did not modify this source at all from the plugin directory, and
this should really be handled with a svn move.
