IEEE 802.3: "eth.src" and "eth.dst".

IEEE 802.5: "tr.src" and "tr.dst".

ANSI X3T9.5/88-139: "fddi.src" and "fddi.dst".

I'd vote for "src16"/"src64" and "dst16"/"dst64".

"tvb_length()" is not guaranteed to be the actual frame length on the wire; it
might just be the frame length as cut short by a snapshot length when
capturing. Is it usefully different from "frame.len" (if fixed to use
tvb_reported_length() or "frame.caplen" (if it continues to use tvb_length())?
