Hi,
I don't think this is to be considered a bug as GTK 3.0 breaks backwards
compabillity and all deprecated functions in GTK 2.x has to be replaced.
If you want to help making it possible to use GTK 3.0 see
http://wiki.wireshark.org/GoingGTK3

Changing it to an enhncement.
