patch to correct the types on several info elements

Gcrypt, with MIT Kerberos, without GeoIP, without PortAudio, without AirPcap.

Running on Linux 2.6.32-30-generic, with libpcap version 1.0.0, with libz
1.2.3.3.

Built using gcc 4.4.3.

I got a few wrong when I submitted the original code for Bug 5377.

SIP_CALL_ID,
SIP_CALLING_PARTY,
SIP_CALLED_PARTY,
and
SIP_RTP_CODECS

are all strings.
