Updated list of Audio Codecs committed in SVN #36073.

(I added all but the 'Intel (unused)' values

Note: I couldn't find "page 47" in the Spec but I did find info on page 14
which seemed to agree with your values (after mapping "bit positions" to
corresponding integer values: E.G., 2**1 ==> 0, 2**2 ==> 1,  etc).
