With the patch applied I can see them, without the patch not.

There are RTP packets in there, try going to the preferences, look in the
Protocols tree for RTP. In that page check "Try to decode RTP outside of
conversations" and you'll see them too.
I see media session setup information in the Skinny packets, but there's no
conversation setup for it AFAIKT.
