Paste the COMPLETE build information from "Help->About Wireshark", "wireshark
-v", or "tshark -v".

These two version have packets which share the same information as previous
versions. The only real exception is the new added unicast fragmentation type.
I would also like to introduce versioned packet types because different patches
are floating around which change the numeric value of those types.

The last change is also a cleanup, but it needs the changes in the other
patches. I can make an extra bug for that, but the other bugs have to be
resolved before. In only changes how the dissector reacts when the tree
parameter for the dissector is NULL in different functions to unify the
behavior.
