While testing the option of using LUA to write a dissector to a made-up
protocol, I've noticed that the dissector works well - however, the "Info"
column sometimes shows gibberish instead of the text the LUA code is
instructing it to show.

To reproduce - load the attached test.lua plugin, open the attached pcap file,
click on one of the captures and use page-up/down to scroll through the capture
file - after a while you will notice the Info column is full of gibberish -
sometimes it includes obvious Wireshark memory segment data.
