It depends on what you mean by "stable" :-). I push the "stable" versions for
"my" users but personally never run anything but the SVN version. But
otherwise, yes.

The patch looks way too big for me to feel comfortable scheduling it to be back
ported; maybe another core developer can have a look and comment.
