(packet.dll version 4.1.0.2001), based on libpcap version 1.0 branch 1_0_rel0b

"tshark -T fields" is truncating trailing zero from exported data in supplied
capture file. "tshark -T pdml" works correctly. data and script file are
attached to reproduce bug.
