Patch for packet-tcp.c to dissect RB TCP options

wireshark 1.5.0 (SVN Rev 35100 from /trunk)

Compiled (32-bit) with GTK+ 2.20.1, with GLib 2.24.1, with libpcap 1.0.0, with
libz 1.2.3, without POSIX capabilities, without libpcre, without SMI, without
c-ares, without ADNS, without Lua, without Python, with GnuTLS 2.10.2, with
Gcrypt 1.4.6, with MIT Kerberos, without GeoIP, without PortAudio, without
AirPcap.

Running on Mac OS 10.6.5 (Darwin 10.5.0), with libpcap version 1.0.0, with libz
1.2.3, GnuTLS 2.8.4, Gcrypt 1.4.4.

Built using gcc 4.2.1 (Apple Inc. build 5664).

Dissection of Riverbed TCP Probe/Transparency TCP options.

This has *NOT* been fuzz tested.

This is entirely built from lab testing with known IP addressing/hostnames/etc.

This code has been written for use in my own labs, so has only been tested with
my own captures. It prepends [RB Probe] [RB Probe Response] etc to the ColInfo
to make finding the packets quick and easy in the lab. I'm not sure this would
be desirable inside a normal build of wireshark.
