If you or someone can attach sample captures and links to the relevant protocol
specifications then that would help someone who wanted to implement such a
dissector.

If the specifications are not available then a decode of the messages (e.g.,
from another analyzer) can help someone reverse-engineer the protocol.  If even
that is not available then some generic information about what is supposed to
be inside the messages (e.g., "it's tunneling IP") /might/ help.
