We don't have rights to redistribute this MIB, and it may change anyway... :-(

The licensing problems of MIBs has already surfaced in Debian [1].
In Debian, the current solution is providing a downloader package [1] 
which downloads some well known MIBs or extracts MIBs from downloaded RFCs.
