As per the original bug submission, the problem still remains and affects
all PDU decoding (including decoding of the sample trap capture submitted
as an attachment).

I have localized the problem to the re-write of the SNMP dissector that
occurred pre version ,1.3.3, and is the result of having the sub-tree creation
call inside an error handler 'if' statement.

A suggested patch will be attached.
