The 3 clause license should be OK (I think Jaap was just noting its presence). 

Unfortunately the patch doesn't compile in Visual C++ 2008, which doesn't
include stdint.h. I'm also not fond of adding RADIOTAP_SUPPORT_OVERRIDES to the
dissector-wide CFLAGS.
